LB-JZX Auto pulse jet cleaning welding smoke extractor
Operation place:
LB-JZX welding smoke extractor is applied to purification of smoke and dusts produced by welding, polishing, cutting and grinding and recycle of rare metals and precious materials, which can purify lots of tiny metal particles floating in the air. It is with high purification efficiency, lower noisy, flexible using, small area covering and so on.
Structural composition:
As the below picture shown, the LB-JZX extractor is consist of suction arm, connecting flange, dust cap,filter,control panel,blower chamber,auto pluse jet and so on.
Working principles:
A large number of dust particles generated during welding or polishing are collected into the smoke purifier through a 360-degree rotating suction arm under the action of the equipment power.Through the suction hood and the primary filter device of the equipment, the welding dust of large particles generated during welding is effectively blocked, and the filter element is effectively protected, which can not only extend the service life of the filter element, but also ensure the treatment efficiency of the filter element up to 99.9%.The oversized ash drawer ensures that dust does not spill over into other parts of the equipment and allows workers to come in periodically to clean it up.
