To make the proper quotation and accurate products, we do accept the files like 3D CAD files in STL, STEP, IGES. 2D drawing in PDF format.
3.If i do not have the 3D file,is it available to make the customized parts?
Yes,Just please tell our engineer about the product you need,our eingineer would make the drawing and confirm with you till it is the one you need.
4.How long would it take for mass production?
It would depend on the quantity. Normally it would take around 2-15 days.
5.Do you offer the free spare parts?
Yes,we would offer some free spare parts according the order quantity.
6.The drawing or the file we offer is exclusive and confidential for us,and how does Hongyi keep the information safe?
