Product Introduction
The fast non sliding aluminum cable drawing machine is driven by multiple motors, the transmission ratio on each winch is adjusted and maintained by an electronic control system, and each traction winch is equipped with an independent motor and reducer. It is suitable for drawing φ9.5mm high-strength, high-conductivity, heat-resistant aluminum alloy rods and/or pure aluminum rods into φ1.7mm~φ4.5mm wires. By replacing some parts, aluminum alloy bars and/or pure aluminum bars can also be drawn into special-shaped wires.
It is the initial machine, essential for processing steel wire and wire mesh in its different applications. Machine Compositions
1. Basic: Rotary arm two-position pay-off stand, host drawing machine, accumulator, pneumatic dual spooler, Siemens PLC, DC speed regulator, touch screen, electric control cabinet, operation desk, cooling and lubricating system for drawing dies and gears, inclined oil collecting tray, and so on.
2. At user's option: AC variable frequency speed regulator.
